Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
* Timeframe: Orders can be cancelled before shipment only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. * Refund for Cancellation: Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as per standard timelines.
2. Return Eligibility & Timeframes
* Timeframe: Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. * Condition: We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: * Used or damaged items due to customer misuse. * Items without original packaging. * Screen protectors once applied. * Clearance or sale items (unless defective).
4. Return Process and Reverse Pickup
* Step 1: Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. * Step 2: Share your order ID, product images/videos, and issue details. * Step 3: Our team will review and approve the request. Approved returns will be picked up or requested to be shipped back. * Return shipping for defective or wrong items will be borne by M&I. For other returns, shipping charges (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund.
5. Refund Processing Timeframes
* Inspection: Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned product. * Credit Timeline: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval.
6. Replacement / Exchange Timeframes
* Replacement Policy: Replacement will be provided for damaged or defective products (subject to stock availability). * Replacement M&I Warranty: M&I offers a 7-Day Replacement window. * If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued. * Approved replacement product will be shipped and delivered to you within 5-8 business days.
